The “Jizake Bar” will open at the Irori Cha-no-ma lounge from 8 pm. In Japanese, “Jizake” means the local Japanese Sake, and the Suwa area is famous for many Sake breweries.
We highly recommend the “Nomikurabe Set( testing set of cups of local Sake )” offered by the “Jizake Bar.”
You can savor different flavors of Japanese Sake through comparing and tasting. We hope you can relish delicious Sake from local Suwa during your stay.
