Can I use day-trip hot springs or only have a meal without accommodation?

We are very sorry; our service is only for accommodated guests. However, if you are an accommodating guest but need to dine with the other non-staying guests, don’t hesitate to contact us in advance.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We would not accept accommodating any pets. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there any service for food allergy guests?

How can I visit the Suwa Taisha?

Our sister hotel, “Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu” nearby, runs the Suwa Taisha 4 Shrines Free Tour Bus, “Shinyu Go.” 

The guide is the driver himself, who has abundant knowledge of the history of Suwa and Suwa Taisha shrines. Also, there is an audio tour guide broadcasting on the bus while moving to the destination.

The Bus runs two departure times: Morning 9:20 / Afternoon 13:20 

The free bus tour is free, and all our accommodated guests can book a seat arbitrarily. Before and after check-in or check-out, don’t forget to make a bus seat reservation if you’re interested.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire inn. A smoking room at 1F is available; we appreciate your cooperation.

Is there any room with an in-room open-air bath?

All 8 rooms are equipped with an in-room open-air bath and with a  panoramic view of Lake Suwa. 

We adopt large windows at the in-room open-air bath space; thus, even with closed windows in the cold winter, people still can relish the in-room onsen bath with Lake Suwa view. 

Also, the heating system has been set in all in-room open-air bath areas, all elder and children users can feel safe and comfortable.

How many room types do you have?

We have 2 kinds of room types: “Wide type” and “Standard type.” Each type has 1 room on each floor, in other words, 1 floor with 1 wide type room and 1 standard room.

Wide type: 4 rooms (1 for universal type ) 75㎡, with a Japanese Tatami mats room, 2 beds, a washroom, a toilet, an in-room open-air onsen bath.

Standard type: 4 rooms 45㎡, with a Japanese Tatami mats room, 2 beds, a washroom, a toilet, an in-room open-air onsen bath. 

Is the hot spring exclusive? How about the quality and effect of the hot spring?

It’s simple sulphur springs (mildly alkaline ,hypotonic, high temperature)

About the source of hot spring, it’s from Nanatsugama Hot Spring Distribution Center,Kamisuwa Onsen : Nanatsugama mix spring (Mitsugama No.1/No.2 spring , Ayame spring)

About the hot springs’ recuperative power of specific illnesses : Chronic symptoms such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, neuralgia, frozen shoulder, bruise, sprain.

Excessive sensitivity to cold, peripheral circulation failure, gastrointestinal hypofunction, impartial glucose tolerance (Diabetes), dyslipidemia, autonomic instability, insomnia, depression, recovery from fatigue or illness, health promotion.

About indications of spring quality : Autonomic instability, insomnia, depression, atopic dermatitis, plaque psoriasis, chronic eczema, epidermal suppuration

How far is Sui-Suwako from the train station?

 It takes a 5 mins drive, or 10 mins to walk.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes, we have. The parking lot is free and located at our sister hotel, Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu, 1 min by walk from Sui-Suwako. You can park your car in front of our inn, then we provide valet parking for free.

Is there a shuttle service available from Kamisuwa station?

Yes, we provide a free shuttle service for our accommodated guests. Please provide your arrival time to us; then, we’ll run a shuttle to pick you up.
