The dining venue is the nationally registered tangible cultural property “Ryotei Shinano.” In the atmosphere filled with Taisho-era romance, enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients along with Suwa’s pride, local sake.
Replicating the premium dinner limited to one group per day is head chef at Sui-Suwako, awarded 1st place in the 2020 “Most Popular Ryokan for Dinner” annual ranking on the lodging reservation site Relux. Each dish, meticulously prepared, will be served by Sui’s service staff. Experience the unique flavors, ambiance, and hospitality that are quintessentially Japanese. Suwa, a convenient starting point to easily explore the charms of Japan. It’s just a little under an hour’s drive to Matsumoto Castle, and you can reach the Snow Monkeys by car in about 2 hours. Furthermore, it’s approximately a 3-hour drive to Haneda Airport and around 3.5 hours to Chubu Centrair International Airport.

The guide is the driver himself, who has abundant knowledge of the history of Suwa and Suwa Taisha shrines.
